On the evening of December 26, Beijing Normal University at Zhuhai (BNU Zhuhai) held the fourth event in its "Let the Champion Guide You to Fitness" series: a Minimalist Exercise Exchange Activity at the gymnasium. The event featured Olympic gymnastics champion, Associate Researcher, and Master's Supervisor at the School of Physical Education and Sports of BNU, Chen Yibing, who shared his rich sports experience and philosophy with faculty and students.
During the event, Chen Yibing explained the basic concepts of minimalist exercise, emphasizing its benefits in improving balance, flexibility, and overall health.
