On the morning of April 9th, the Bay Area International Business School(BIBS) successfully hosted a welcome ceremony for exchange students from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration(RPANEPA) in Room  B307 of the Liyun Building. The event aimed to foster stronger educational and cultural ties between the two institutions while promoting international collaboration and academic research. Attending the ceremony were Kong Ying, Dean of BIBS, Evgeniy Itsakov, Vice President of the RPANEPA, Guo Kanjun, Director of the International Office of Beijing Normal University at Zhuhai (BNU Zhuhai), along with teachers and student representatives from both schools. The event was presided over by Lan Tian, a student representative from BIBS.

    On behalf of the school, Dean Kong Ying warmly welcomed the students from Russia and took the opportunity to introduce Beijing Normal University and BIBS. As an up-and-coming institution, BIBS has gained widespread recognition for its outstanding teaching quality and internationalized educational philosophy.

    Dean Kong proudly displayed the outstanding achievements of the school in various fields, including sustainable development, digital economy, and financial technology. He expressed optimism that this exchange and collaboration would lay a solid foundation for both sides to promote high-quality development in opening up education to the outside world.

    In his address, Evgeny Itsakov, Vice President of RPANEPA, highlighted that the academy is among Russia's most influential educational establishments, renowned for its outstanding teaching and research achievements in the field of social sciences. Vice President Itsakov expressed his intention to further strengthening deep cooperation with BIBS to promote Sino-Russian cultural exchanges.

    Following this, both schools exchanged gifts and engaged in in-depth discussions on enhancing students' professional development and employment prospects. They shared teaching methods and experiences, exploring ways to better cultivate students' practical abilities and innovative thinking skills.

    The successful hosting of this welcoming ceremony has established a firm groundwork for BIBS and RPANEPA to enhance cooperation. Both parties expressed their commitment to promoting innovation and development in the field of education.
